Josh combines creative vision with an unwavering commitment to craftsmanship, bringing thoughtful direction to every project. A true perfectionist, he believes the finest details make the greatest impact and is dedicated to ensuring every element is executed to the highest standard. His passion for designing distinctive outdoor spaces results in landscapes that are both beautiful and built to be enjoyed for years to come.

Pete's design philosophy is rooted in creating timeless outdoor spaces that feel as though they've always belonged. Every project is thoughtfully crafted to complement the property's natural character while enhancing the way each client lives and enjoys their home. With an exceptional eye for flow, balance, and functionality, Pete designs landscapes that are not only beautiful but also intuitive, ensuring every space feels connected, purposeful, and built for a lifetime of enjoyment.

Austin brings a refined, modern design aesthetic shaped by his background in residential architecture. His ability to seamlessly connect indoor and outdoor living allows him to create cohesive spaces that feel intentional, functional, and beautifully integrated. By considering how a home and its landscape work together, Austin designs environments that enhance both the property and the way people live.

Bryan approaches each project with care and an experience-based consideration of our clients’ needs. He is excellent at managing our projects ad all of the details that they entail.

Jessie works behind the scenes to make sure every project is a success! When she isn’t improving GreenRoots’ business strategy you’ll find her hanging out with her dogs, Trevor and Kyle.

Kelinda provides her one-of-a-kind marketing and graphic design knowledge to the whole team and makes GreenRoots a fun place to work!

While Thom is technically retired, we can still expect to see him around our sites. He is a veteran landscaper skilled in all things related to plants. Thom brings a wealth of knowledge that make each project distinct and inviting.

The GreenRoots office team meets every week as a group to discuss out current and upcoming projects. These meetings are critical to the team continunitiy and keep every detail in motion.
