Each spring, the Devon Horse Show brings together tradition, elegance, and community in one of the Main Line’s most iconic events. This year, GreenRoots Design Firm was proud to be part of it.

As a landscape design and installation firm based in Kennett Square, we specialize in creating outdoor spaces that feel like a natural extension of the home, refined, functional, and built for gathering. Creating a marquee for the Devon Horse Show gave us the opportunity to connect with homeowners who value craftsmanship, timeless design, and elevated outdoor living.

As May settles in, landscapes across southern chester county and northern Delaware hit a turning point. What was dormant is now active. What was imagined in early spring is ready to be built, planted, and experienced.

At GreenRoots Design Firm, this is one of our favorite times of year to implement thoughtful, ecologically driven landscapes that will thrive throughout the seasons.

Every year around this time, we start hearing the same thing: “It doesn’t feel like spring.” The ground is still cold. The trees are bare. The mornings require an extra layer. But beneath the surface, quite literally, things are shifting.
